I just saw some footage of New Orleans taken a year after Hurricane Katrina. I was shocked at the way it looked as though nothing had been fixed. I’m sure some things have been, like water and electricity - but after a year, I would atleast expect dangerous and precariously positioned debris to be cleared and some rebuilding to be under way.

How to stop or despures a Hurricane?
There are a couple of theories about how to stop a hurricane. One of my ideas comes from china, when they used lauched over 500 rockets into the atmosphere to make sure no rain clouds would accumulate over the stadium during both open closing ceremories.
