Can a specifically designed bomb be detonated in the eye of a hurricane to disrupt its motion and weaken it?

Why can’t NASA or the US military create a bomb or missile that could detonate in the center of a hurricane, sending a massive shockwave through the air that would disrupt the hurricane’s cyclical motion and weaken or breakup the hurricane, all while it is still over the ocean? Obviously I’m talking about a weapon that would not impact the environment long term by contaminating the ocean or causing any nuclear fallout.

    Hurricane itself which is equivalent to hundreds of energy unlike any bomb that were even possible it would require an amount of atomic bombs basically any bomb ever created by humans to break hurricanes rotation.
