Do you think the levees in New Orleans will be rebuilt to withstand a Cat 5 hurricane?

After Hurricane Katrina, do feel that the levees will be rebuilt so that there is no chance the city will flood again?

    yes, now that this has happened, the goverment will actually care.

    Yes, but it will take a long time and many prods and reminders from the locals to the feds and the corps of engineers.
