    Funny. I saw the “Rust Never Sleeps” tour as it stopped and played at The Omni in Atlanta, GA, on October 10th, 1978. The Omni was designed to rust naturally being a huge bare metal coloseum. Having only opened on October 12, 1972, The Omni was demolished 25 years later. Rust had literally devoured the structure.
