Why after the the eye of an hurricane is experienced, the wind comes from the opposite direction?

I don’t really understand. Isn’t the wind supposed to come from the same direction?

    Hurricane can basically be seen as circle if you think about it hurricane compared to the hands go opposite directions on the top of the hands go opposite directions on the hurricane compared to the oposite direction on the hurricane can see.
